Soula Ganiatsas

Soula Ganiatsas was appointed CEO of the VPCRC in January 2008.  Soula’s academic qualifications include a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), where she graduated with High Distinction and the Dean’s Commendation for Academic Excellence. Soula has significant and broad experience in the establishment and management of research centres aligned with hospitals, academic institutions and industry.

Soula holds tertiary qualifications in Applied Science and has extensive experience in medical research after 12 years of laboratory-based scientific cancer research in some of the world‘s leading biomedical research institutions both locally (WEHI, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre) and internationally (Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts Institute of Technology).
